Q. How do you ship the pizza's and other products?
A. You have a choice of overnight,or 2nd day delivery.
Depending on where your reside, UPS Ground may be available.
Either way - your packages are in a pizza box within another box
- with safe Iced Gel Packs - which will ensure the quality and
freshness of the product using both shipping methods. Keep in
mind, the day you order your pizza is made fresh. It is then
handed off to UPS for shipping the next day - that's when the
shipping clock starts! Please see shipping schedule.
Q. How do I cook the pizza when I take delivery?
A. Instructions are included with your pizza. However, when your
pizza is delivered - you can either refrigerate it for a day or two
before cooking. If you want to cook it right away - just place the
pizza on a cookie sheet or a pizza stone. First, preheat the oven
for 375 degrees - then cook your pizza for 5 - 7 minutes. Keep on
eye on the pizza for bubbling on the cheese - then you'll know it's
ready to eat! It's that easy.
If you ordered garlic knots - just reheat in a toaster or standard
oven for 3-4 minutes until warm.
Q. How much do I pay for shipping?
A. Shipping is calculated at the end of the purchase. This is a
direct pass-through to UPS. IWantNYPizza.com does not increase
the shipping for handling .
Q. Can I send these as gifts?
A. IWantNYPizza makes a great gift. We do not gift wrap,
however, you can enclose a gift card to the recipient.
Q. Can I choose which pizzeria in New York would make my pizza?
A. No - we carefully select only the best, long standing, traditional
pizzeria's in Long Island, NY & New York City. We balance the
day's orders amongst the IWantNYPizza supplier network.
